2. How much do LUX products cost?

Our product prices may vary from store to store due to our LUX products coming in different sizes and variants. For the most accurate pricing, visit your nearest supermarket.

3. Are LUX products only for a certain type of skin?

Our carefully crafted range of LUX products is made for all skin types. We also offer a variety of fragrances so that everyone can find a scent that’s perfect for them.

4. Are LUX products suitable for men?

While LUX is advertised for ladies, all of the products are suitable for men to use too.

5. Where can I buy LUX in bulk?

As there are various retailers that sell LUX and we have no way of listing them all, we cannot say where exactly they can be found. We would recommend that you visit your nearest wholesale store, such as a Makro, to see if they have bulk offers.

6. Can I get a discount on my LUX products?

7. I had a terrible experience at a store trying to buy your product!

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience in store and do appreciate your feedback. Please could you contact our customer services department so that we can escalate this matter.

8. What happened to your lotion range?

Unfortunately the decision was made to discontinue the lotion. LUX specialises in Body Washes and Beauty Bars, and as a part of our growth and development, changes are often necessary.

9. I used your product and had a bad reaction to it, what do I need to do?

We are very sorry to hear this. We would like to get a better understanding so may you kindly contact our customer care centre on 086 057 2861, where a consultant will be able to assist you.

10. I cannot find LUX Evenly Radiant anywhere, please can you help me?

Unfortunately, our LUX Evenly Radiant range has been discontinued, however, we have added two new products to our collections - LUX Even Tone and LUX Tempting Whisper. Explore our product range and find your perfect body wash and soap bar variant.

11. Are LUX products safe and not harsh on the skin?

Yes, our products are completely safe!! All LUX products use only those ingredients which are allowed as per Unilever safety guidelines and are safe to use. This, however, does not mean that the product is perfect for everyone as some people may react to certain ingredients due to allergies or intolerances.

12. Can I please have a sample of your products?

Unfortunately, we do not give out any product samples but do keep an eye on our social pages for upcoming competitions, special offers and giveaways.

13. Can LUX sponsor me?

It is wonderful that you thought of LUX, however, due to LUX being a global company, we are involved with various initiatives that give back to the community, which means that unfortunately we will not be able to assist you at this time.

14. How do I become the face of LUX?

We currently have a Face Of LUX, Zozibini Tunzi. Our decision in choosing her was determined by our need to inspire other women to be more. We believe that every woman is beautiful inside and out, so, contact us on our social channels and you could be chosen to represent us at an influential level.

15. Do you guys only use famous people for your campaigns, why don’t you use normal women?

We hear your concerns. LUX believes that every woman is beautiful inside and out regardless of their job title, status or background.
